About Us

Darling Family Farm is located in beautiful Groton, NY and is owned and operated by Nick and Sophia Darling. Our two teenage sons, Lucas and Lane help farm and care for the animals. Our farm humanely raises primarily grass-fed, hormone-free beef cattle. Chemicals are not used on the land or animals. We raise four types of cattle - the Scottish Highland, Black Angus, Hereford and Simmental.
