We sell by the whole, half or quarter, or we offer individual cuts.
Individual Cuts
Cuts may be purchased at our farm. Please contact us to place your order.
Cuts offered include, ground beef (1lb packages), stew, chuck, and delmonico. Please contact us for cut availability and pricing.
Whole, Halves, or Quarters
Purchasing beef from the whole, half or quarter, the customer will pay per lb. based upon the hanging weight (hanging weight is the percentage of the live weight of the animal at harvest after the head, hide, and internal organs have been removed) and the butcher fee. The meat is vacuum sealed.
